Terms for using ZEXO.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ZEXO, a product of MNM Ventures, LLC. By accessing zexo.ai or using a ZEXO account, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using ZEXO on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

ZEXO offers hosted private AI workspaces with a simpler interface and control layer built around OpenClaw-powered runtime capabilities. The service may include onboarding, chat, tasks, memory, files, settings, billing, and account management features.

We may add, remove, limit, suspend, or modify features at any time as we evolve the product.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

You may not share access in a way that bypasses your plan limits, impersonate others, or use the service in a fraudulent or misleading way.

You may not use ZEXO to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, harass others, bypass security, overload infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or third-party services.

You also may not use ZEXO for high-risk activities where failure could reasonably lead to death, serious bodily harm, or major property or financial damage without appropriate human oversight and independent safeguards.

AI systems can be wrong, incomplete, biased, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, actions, and recommendations before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, employment, or safety-sensitive matters.

ZEXO is a software product, not a law firm, doctor, accounting firm, financial advisor, or emergency service.

You retain rights in the prompts, files, instructions, and other content you submit to ZEXO, subject to the rights needed for us and our service providers to host, process, secure, and operate the service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload or use any content you provide through ZEXO.

Some parts of ZEXO require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select, until cancelled. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

We may suspend or limit access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, excessive usage beyond plan allowances, or suspected violation of these Terms.

ZEXO is provided on an evolving basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific feature continuity, or error-free operation. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur.

We may change plans, usage limits, integrations, infrastructure, or technical approaches as the product matures.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including sections on payments owed, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

ZEXO is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. MNM Ventures, LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MNM Ventures, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to ZEXO will not exceed the amount you paid to ZEXO in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ZEXO after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
