ZEXO is a product of MNM Ventures, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to people who visit zexo.ai or use a ZEXO account.

ZEXO provides hosted private AI workspaces powered by OpenClaw behind a simpler product experience. Because the service includes accounts, hosted infrastructure, uploaded files, prompts, and workspace activity, we need to process certain information to operate the product safely and reliably.

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, login method, subscription status, and workspace details. If you sign in with Google, we may receive basic profile information made available by Google for authentication and account creation.

We also collect service data such as prompts, chat content, files you upload, task history, workspace settings, logs, billing status, IP address, browser information, and usage events needed to secure, maintain, and improve the service.

We use information to provide and secure ZEXO, authenticate users, provision and operate private workspaces, process payments, respond to support requests, detect abuse, measure usage, and improve product quality.

We may also use service data to troubleshoot failures, enforce our Terms of Use, investigate security incidents, and comply with legal obligations.

Your prompts, files, instructions, messages, and workspace data may be processed by ZEXO and by underlying service providers that help us operate authentication, hosting, billing, storage, logging, and AI functionality.

We aim to keep customer workspaces private and isolated, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with the operational risks of cloud software and third-party infrastructure.

Payments are handled by third-party processors such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems. Authentication, email delivery, infrastructure hosting, analytics, and other service components may also be handled by third-party vendors.

Those vendors process data on our behalf or as independent service providers according to their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information with service providers, business advisors, successors in a transaction, law enforcement, or other parties when reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect rights and safety, or comply with law.

ZEXO is not intended for children under 13, and you may not use the service if you are under the minimum age required by applicable law.
